Kim Dunham is the founder of Nirvana Travel & Wellness, where she curates soulful experiences that blend travel, mindfulness, and holistic healing. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) and wellness guide, Kim creates spaces for individuals to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves.
She is also a travel advisor who works with everyday individuals who love to travel but don’t always have the time or desire to plan it all. Kim takes the stress out of travel by designing intentional, seamless experiences—whether it’s a relaxing getaway or a transformative wellness retreat.
Her journey into wellness began as a deeply personal path—navigating life as a single mother, experiencing loss, and searching for peace during challenging seasons. Through yoga, meditation, and sound healing, she discovered tools that changed her life—and now she shares those same tools with others.
In addition to retreats and classes, Kim offers corporate wellness experiences for businesses, organizations, and groups, creating intentional spaces that support stress relief, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
Kim incorporates sound bowls, restorative practices, and yoga nidra into her offerings, creating deeply calming experiences that support relaxation and inner balance. Her mission is simple: to help you experience less stress, more ease, and real rest.
